Reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival for arrivals between 1/2/06-4/22/06 and 12/22/06-1/1/07 are non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled three days or more prior to arrival for arrivals between 4/23/06-12/21/06 will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than three days prior to arrival for arrivals between 4/23/06-12/21/06 are non-refundable.
