Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of two nights' stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 65 USD change fee applies once reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint may be required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
Once the reservation is confirmed, guests must call 800-627-7019 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive information regarding access codes, unit assignments and lockbox instructions.
There is an additional charge of 10 USD per person per night over the maximum occupancy of two.
