Location. Located on Estero Island, the DiamondHead Beach Resort is one mile from the Times Square entertainment and shopping center of Fort Myers Beach and four miles from Bay Beach Golf Club. Fishing charters are available one mile from the resort and museums and parks are less than 20 miles away. Guests are close to numerous restaurants.
Hotel Features. The 12-story DiamondHead Beach Resort offers a conference facility, fitness center, a video game room and a guest laundry. Fresh seafood is available at Chloe's Seafood & Steakhouse and the Cabana's Beach Bar serves refreshing drinks. Beach activities and water sports include parasailing and jet skiing. A sundeck with pool and cabanas, two whirlpool spas and lounge chairs overlook the beach. Supervised activities for children older than three years are available on weekends.
Guestrooms. Each 700-square-foot suite features a kitchenette with microwave oven and refrigerator. Each living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, cable television, on demand movies and data port. Oversized, private screened balconies afford views of the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations for arrivals between 7/26/05-1/1/06 cancelled seven days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations for arrivals between 7/26/05-1/1/06 cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
Reservations for arrivals between 1/02/06-1/1/07 cancelled three days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations for arrivals between 1/02/06-1/1/07 cancelled less than three days prior to arrival are non refundable.
A $25 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit equal to one night's stay is required at time of check-in for telephone and other incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check- outs.
At least one guest checking in must be 25 years of age or older. No spring break students allowed. Young adults between 18-24 must be accompanied by a chaperone over 35, and pay a $100 security deposit.
Boats, trailers, jet-skis, large trucks and motor homes are not allowed on the grounds or in the parking area.
